A good build for her would be aftershock, dragon's eye and a broken myth or clockwork depending on the shields and squishiness.
You dont really need halcoyn boots on her, i used to rock war treads for the tank lol

this guide is meant for people who are just beginning to play her, so halcyon chargers help if they don't know how to manage her energy. i do agree with you, tho
