Meh, Its okay, as a Taka main double proc I think is only good in casual. Ringo and Catherine are the best to pair with Taka. Weapon I prefer Sorrowblade, Bonesaw, Breaking Point, Boots, 2x Defense, Same as Gatorrex. For CP I prefer Aftershock, Clockwork, Broken Myth, Defense, Defense, Boots, due to the BM ampifies AS. Just my opinion.
