Lmao dude you dont know what youre talking about, a cp taka can 1v1 everyone expect krul cuz of his bleeding. People who buy hp is more easier to kill than the ones who buy shield against cp taka. I main cp taka for a long time what you just said is totally bullsh*t.

Taka is an assassin for a reason. He is supposed to do his damage and get out. He's one of the hardest heroes in the game to pin down and you can escape pretty much everything with a combination of Kaku and any of the boots. With his passive you get free cooldown acceleration, and with Clockwork your X-Retsu goes off cooldown every five seconds. With weapon Taka your abilities don't do as much damage and i've found it forces people to stay in the thick of battle for longer. That's not good if your as squishy as him. As for finishing them off, you just use Kaku to keep up with them. By the time Kaku runs out one of your abilities should be off cooldown. Im not saying weapon Taka cant work, but both builds are situationl. And to be honest the only hero in the game that should be getting in frequent 1v1 battles is Krul.

All in all, both weapon and crystal Taka are good, they just are supposed to accomplish different things. Crystal for burst, and weapon for sustain, jungle clearing, and boxing.
