Also why would you put Catherine on a low threat level? Yeah, she is like impossible to burst down and her silence is bad news. Heck, all her abilities are bad news for Taka, especially if she targets you. Also SAW is easy prey if he misses Supressing Fire or even if he lands it just Kaiten/X-retsu him and dissapear with Kaku, then hide in bushes and burst him again.

Okay..title is a little strange, and why would you max Kaku instead of X?
I guess that could be helpful for baiting, but I prefer always maxing Retsu. Nice guide, not a lot of people realize Taka's great baiting potential. I've only done it once or twice but now I realize what a great idea it is.

I don't like frostburn, tornado, or AC. Dat taco burst tho.

Yes, but a lot of the time in lore or whatever there's a "nine-tailed fox"
By the way, I really don't like this build. I don't know what playstyle you have, but buying a clockwork when you already have 5 energy regen per second (from frostburn) isn't a good idea in most of them.
It has so little AP, it's like you didn't buy rabbadon's. :3

But... Don't all foxes have 1 tail?
