Good build, however the long read warning wasn't really needed (I've seen even longer walls of text, 11 actual chapters).
Still I wonder why Stormcrown over Tensionbow for WP? Wouldn't a clockwork be better with 30%cp amplification instead of 32 damage per second on heroes? I mean Taka is really an assassin, not a warrior after all.

I'm just saying, Sorrowblade? 2 tyrants monocle I get, even Tensionbow. But why NO SORROWBLADE??? Why??

Sorry about that, wp Taka is unfinished as of now. As for your enquiry, stormcrown is not included in wp at all. Yes, sorrowblade can be a replacement for a tension bow as it's damage simply falls off in the late game and won't be as much help. Again, sorrowblade can be a replacement.
