Your build isn't bad. I would switch tornado trigger for bonesaw and tension bow For boots and clockwork for defence. I also don't love monocle when you already have garunteed hits, so I would switch it for serpent mask. And with the edits I described, you should actually have a good edge against other takas and saws head to head
