Taka -***asain-
When you first play Taka it can be easy to mistake his abilities as his primary source of power. But as with any good ninja, this is merely a distraction.
Taka is a assassin so you must focus on getting him last on the team fights. Because if you get him in the front lines, he is very vulnerable to everything around him. That is why you always always always always always always always must have a tank in your team.
Ahhh... his heroic perk
House Kamuha
Heroic Perk
Taka's critical strikes have 30% lifesteal and grant a burst of speed. Every 5 seconds, Taka is guaranteed a critical strike. Taka gains 1 Ki stack when he performs an ability or critical strike (up to 5 stacks). Each stack of Ki speeds up his guaranteed critical strikes 0.9 and grants 25% cooldown acceleration. He also gains movement speed!
Now lets talk about his first skill.
Kaiten
Grants 1 stack of ki per use.
Taka’s Kaiten vaults him over his target, damaging them with his switchblades. While Taka is mid-air he becomes immune to damage. Like seriously. A well-timed vault can completely negate bursts of damage that would otherwise devastate him. Like for example, if you are against an Adagio, once he uses his heal, then ultimate, you have 2 choices, reflex block yourself from damage, or, would you kaiten over him and dodge his ultimate? I would kaiten as this saves my reflex block for another use. It even dodges glaive's twisted stroke!
Kaku
Taka’s Kaku throws a smoke bomb at his feet, vanishing from enemy sight and gaining movement speed for several seconds. The stealth will end early if he attacks a target. Turrets, Scout Traps, and Flare Guns will see Taka while invisible. When maxed, this ability heals Taka for 1% of his max health per second while invisible. But, when using this skill you have to beware of scout traps and flare guns because this will reveal your position!
X-Retsu
Gains three Ki stacks on use
Taka bursts through his target, carving an X with his switchblades for lethal damage. The target suffers a mortal wound,or bleeding, reducing opponents healing by 50% and taking 24-68 damage (based on Taka's level) per second over the next 4 seconds.
So, play smart using taka. Dont use your skills uneffectively.
