I don't think this is the good guide.
serpent mask is not efficient for CP Joule.

I've been using this build for two days now. THIS IS THE **** AND I THANK YOU FOR THIS AMAZING GUIDE/BUILD. PRAISE THE LORD I'VE BEEN WHOOPING *** LIKE NO TOMORROW.

Went from Skill Tier 2 Bronze to Skill Tier 5 Gold in two days using this amazing build. :)
