This Build is only for Pros,
thats why i only tell why. I am maybe not a pro but i played Vox since release and got to play like over 10 K games with him. This build is only for experienced players.
Other builds depend on stacking up, this is good in long fights as it increases in damage so u can finish them off when u survive long enough. Most of the time vox gets locked down or gets forced away in result of all the cc in the Game. With this Build u just UlT in and in late game or with 2 K gold lead u destroy the entire Team like when he got released.
That said, have fun with this.
