As you've requested, I've taken a look at your guide. Looking at the ability path, it's quite obvious it doesn't match up with your weapon build description. As a weapon SAW, you deal way more damage with your auto-attacks; Mad Cannon only decreases your damage. So there's practically no point in upgrading Mad Cannon at all. You're better off going Crystal now: One Atlas Pauldron, and weapon SAW is dead meat.

Next time, please don't advertise your own build on other people's guides- you can get reported for doing so.

You would get Mad Cannon last just because the damage you dish when using this is lower than auto attacking, after you get SM and Sorrowblade.

Where is the Vainglorious? I don't see it! And also why are there 3 mad cannon with weapon saw! Ridiculous! I have tried a build similar to this and it kinda didn't work out aswell even if I stutterstep.

That's why a weapon SAW is not the best build. The image above with 2 serpent masks is good and dandy until you play against enemies with stun moves such as krul catherine etc mad canon with stacked glass is sooo deadly

When you mean play aggressively, please elaborate. For me, I always die when I try to play too aggressively as i overextended and die. Should I not stray too far from my turret and push lane when they're Laners gone? What happens when their jungler comes in to temporarily replace the laner. What about the jungle? What if my teammates aren't doing very good in the jungle? Should I help or continue laning?
Also what is usually the order you build stuff in? What do you buy first? Should I prioritize Reflex Block if there's a stunner?
Oh and what would you do if Skaarf and his whole team comes in your jungle at the very beginning. Skaarf is really powerful early game

I do not like the level 3 ult. Although it is useful, the only thing it improves, in the cooldown. Also, after using saw for a while, I've noticed that his ult actually does lower damage than basic attack at times. I would rather put the 2 skills in overdrive instead.

Ok. So ... The gameplay should differ from a low/hight elo. Im using this build with the stutter step, that means i have a better fire rate than normaly that allow me the increase the power of lifesteal. Take a look at the section what is the stutter step, try it in training mods. You will see the power of stutter step.
