I think Frostburn is a questionable buy - his A ability is a slow itself. Ringo can be an autoattack monster and I feel like your build falls short on the damage. For example, other Ringo builds have crit items or stack base dmg (Sorrowblade); they would crush this build in a 1v1. Tension Bow falls off in the late game. I also disagree with your last statement on Ringo being an able jungler. He is a must laner if he is on your team- there is no laner that can match Ringo's consistency in lane.
