Has this build been proven or only hypothetical? The amount of cash spent on three serpent masks, how are you affording this? Not to be negative, but I'm not sure how consistent this build could be. You'd need to have some serious solo time in the jungle, own the gold mine AND have your team killing turrets. I guess I'm looking for a bit of explanation on the build's feasibility.
