TT with only 45wp doesn't make any sense to me. Surely you need more weapon power before completeing TT?
TT is only a slight upgrade to your crit on TB proc over t1/t2 crit items, and you'll take advantage of that proc 1 or 2 times when you engage. Attack speed doesn't do much for you when your hitting for so little damage / lifesteal.
I make no claims to be an above average taka, but again I don't really see this being viable. If I'm mistaken I welcome and appreciate enlightenment.

The attack speed + crit chance are really good for getting Taka's Ki stacks up. It's kind of like how Krul builds attack speed without building WP first. It also lets you proc Aftershock as soon as possible. The WP comes in afterwards with Sorrowblade so his DPS scales well into late game.
Taka's critical strikes deal lots of damage already. I like to have consistent attacks at a fast speed more than having slow attacks but more weapon power. Taka already has alot of weapon power so that is why i get a tornado trigger. Than I build on more damage with sorrowblade, serpent mask, etc...
