Hey And So Thanks CamronG7777 But I dont Know How to Give Extra Threats because i'm New to Vainglory Fire And Also On The War Horn Build And The Storm Guard Banner Actually i Found That It Gives Extra 3 % Damage So it Could Be More Better Snipping

Interesting, 3% doesn't seem like much, but it could go a long way with Ringo. Also, for extra threats, when you are editing your guide, you go the threat meter and click "Add Row".

I prefer a Tension Bow over Tyrant's Monocle. Also, you should add more threats to the meter, like heroes such as Taka or Koshka who can easily take Ringo down. You can also get a Bonesaw to cut through armor instead of a Warhorn.
