General Summary Top
It is wise to acquire a
Tornado Trigger early game and farm like crazy in the lane. In the first few minutes, your goal is to get a butt-load of gold and spend it quickly. After you get your
Tornado Trigger, get
Travel Boots if you find yourself under constant need of a quick getaway.
You should prioritize
Tyrant's Monocle over
Sorrowblade, as critical hits deal more damage, and due to your heroic perk
Double Down, you're constantly getting critical hits.
A little later in the game, get a
Tension Bow, which really gives you the "Snipesassin" name which I think is so cool. A critical hit combined with the
huge bonus damage from tension bow will demolish those who stand between you and their crystal, and ultimately deal more damage than most ultimate abilities.

Okay, now here comes the important stuff. It is imperative-need I say it, MANDATORY-that you keep your distance from enemy heroes. Sticky enemies will constantly give you a hard time, and if you decide to go point-blank on strong opponents, YOU WILL DIE EVERY FREAKING TIME. This is a hit-and-run build, so get just within range, blast their faces off, move back, then repeat.
What is most effective is getting one of your teammates to distract/soak up damage for you while you snipe out enemy heroes. Tough junglers like
Glaive are best for this job. Another great teammate from
my experience are support roles such as
Catherine.
Final Notes Top
All in all, I find Snipesassin Burst Ringo to be an extremely effective build, and would recommend him to all
Ringo players. So get out there and BLAST SOME FACES.
(P.S. I am not claiming that I came up with this build. This is mainly a well known, awesomely effective
Ringo build that I published and gave a cool name, so quit whining and GO PLAY VAINGLORY.
