Interesting build. My only problem with this is the lack of mobility and durability. I understand that glass cannon can work sometimes, but if someone like Taka dodges/reflex blocks your ult, then engages hard on you, you'll get shredded. And normally you could just speed away if you had boots, but without any type of mobility besides your B, that could prove difficult. I would suggest swapping Stormcrown for Halcyon Chargers if you feel like the CD reduction on your B would be good enough. Or you could swap Stormcrown for Journey Boots, which would be my preference.
