You just jungle as much as you can. Just help your teammates when they need it, you just need to clear the jungle effectively.

Question, how are you supposed to get an Aftershock that fast? I might be doing it wrong but typically when playing Koshka I get an Aftershock around 9 minutes, but I buy potions, boots, and defense before. Even if I got it before everything else I still think it would take 7-9 minutes, 2600 gold is a lot :/.
