I love this guide. On an unrelated note I think having a Skaarf/Petal duo lane is an abomination.

What about a cath skaarf duo lane? or taka skaarf? has that been tried before.

I concur :) I noted that you use it if you have more aggressive enemies, those who like to sit next to you and battle it out. The Tornado Trigger's speed will cause the burn to build up, allowing your Crystal Lifesteal to build up ridiculously per second. That will force the duelist to disengage, at which point you take him or her down with your Shatterglassed Spitfire, which hikes the burn up another 3% per second.

No item is good for every situation. Only get Tornado Trigger when the enemy is very sticky. :)
