Heroic Perk
Saviour
Gain movespeed towards low health allied heroes
A
Curing Beam
Channel on an allied hero healing them reactivating the ability heals the caster the remaining duration
B
Retaliating Shield
Gain a small shield growing with damage dealt to enemy heroes up to a maximum in the duration
Ultimate
Blink
Disappear for 1 second then reappear gaining stealth for 1 second and movespeed

Not exactly a whole hero but, I have an idea for this hero's ultimate

Rogue Shield
Gain a barrier for 5 seconds, then deal damage in a small area and apply a decaying slow depending remaining barrier
