He's good at all levels his effectiveness just varies.

If you are saying Krul is that OP (which he isint), why dont you buy him?

I had the same problem as you but then I started looking for a solution, go back to the basics. Krul is a melee heroe, there are ranged heroes, there are mages, they do a lot of damage but cant escape, there are snipers, they are consistent in stutterstepling and can escape. I had the same problem but I found that WP Vox in jungle is working out. Dont let Krul close distance, keep distance or don't fight at all if you can't. Krul is as strong as his weakest link. These are, he is melee, he will have to stand next to you, Rona, Koshka, Glaive, Skaarf's goop, Celeste's Core collapse and Adagio's heal will do a lot of damage to him due to this weakness.

Try some ranged heroes and ultimately to successfully stutter step him :)

Krul is only strong because one ability does a lot of damage. Get shield and gg for him.
