Id still rather have a fountain over atlas considering krul has the worst early game even glaive can destroy krul early game. Its not that situational I'd rather just have fountain up as the first item no matter what the comp. Especially if you invade you'll stack up on kills and farm guaranteed usually as it is a krul so fountain will be a really quick buy allowing you to get atlas anyway. Even if the krul does play safe which he should be fountain will be better because if he runs atlas wont be usable and fountain will contribute to save your teams lives multiple times through out the match.
