Stick to gwen and koshka only, on koshka build the recommended assassin type and destroy them early...koshka destroys anything early...kill their jungler, enter enemy jungler kill their creeps, take central minion etc. When playing Gwen farm fast the sorrowblade and join ganks with your jungler! Be very aggresive with Gwen, harras the enemh laner alot, farm alot and engage using ulti plus a in the same time on the same hero...when you see hero and ally is close trow card right away and use a...then kill target...
Play only these 2...stop switching...play only gwen and koshka until you master them! Gwen and Koshka works any skill tiers...when playd well! Do not build bow on gwen...its useless in the long run...instead get this build...sorrowblade, tornado, critical plus aegis plus atlas pauldron so you can activate it when alpha focuses ya...if you are uber confident in a match get only aegis and as fourth item buy mask!
Did you just tell a laner to buy an atlas Paulton against alpha? That enough explains your game knowledge....xD do you realize that atlas slows the basic attack of a hero and that CP alpha is not a basic attack dependent hero? And you didn't advice him to buy a breaking point? And do you know that tension bow is useful in snowballing a game? Low tier players or even high tier players don't like to buy a lot of defense until all their offense items are built...if you get a tension bow by 3-4 minutes mark...you can get 3-4 early kills and snowball...if you want to teach the newbies give them good advice
Then I am surprised you dont like Ringo since he is in top single target elimination specialists! Late game Ringo destroys any other laner including Bf wich is his counter early-mid game! Ringo can also survive some heavy blows compared to Gwen wich is squishy troughout all the game! But Gwen is a bit more team oriented! Bp does not sinergy very well woth Gwen specs...try replacing it with Tornado Trigger...Bp works better on Ringo since his ability to deal continous damage is enhanced compared to Gwen! Both are very nice laners...but if you want to become a single target elimination specialist you should try to play Ringo...also Ringo has no hard counters...while Gwen has because she is very squishy...bursters destroy Gwen...also stickiness destroy her since her hp is very low! Porbably thats why you have problems with Alpha since Alpha destroys Gwen...in a matter of seconds...whoever you plaay once you become a Gwen specialist you will become unstopable...so stick to her if you like her! Remember just to get aegis and atlas pauldron...atlas will help you alot vs heroes like Alpha...when she jumps on you use aegis just before she lands her b or a and then use atlas...then start to attack her but dont move your ground...move your ground only if theres no ally close...if alpha tries to fight even after you cast atlas use your ulti on her and keep attacking! If you have decent farm and Alpha did not farm both forest or has 2-3-4 levels above you then you might have a chance to kill her!
Also the i preffer to kill the enemy when he/she is alone wont work in high tiers because in high tiers the enemy team rotates non stop and most of the time the enemy bush will have a support right in it waiting to help the enemy laner! You must be prepared to kill in all sorts of conditions...try to learn to position yourself very well...it will help alot...and you must become really aggresive at some poijt because if you are not enemies will feel you are a soft potato and they will start to snowball you...like non stop!
Ringo has no hard counters? You can 1v1 against a taka late game on your Ringo? Koshka destroys Ringo early game...she will finish game before you get to the hypercarry mark...taka will kill Ringo at any point of the game...alpha will destroy Ringo at any point of the game...Blackfeather with SM, BP, shiversteel, atlas and aegis with boots will destroy Ringo at any point of the game...the list goes on...and breaking point is an essential item for every WP carry...even glaive who has crit should get a breaking point along with a monocle since it increases damage in a long fight
Lifesteal won't help that much and Poisoned Shiv and Mortal Wounds counter it. I prefer just going for a Breaking Point and trying to get your stacks up from the backline.

You ever seen someone get full health from an autoattack? Also breaking point is strongly recomend if the enemy team is trouble getting you or focusing on someone else. If you are geting focus attackspeed/lifesteal would be a better choice
If you let your allies engage first, they will be focused and Breaking Point is better for late game and longer fights anyway. Lifesteal is pretty good mid game though, but drops off a bit late game.

My young friend...Ringo is not a lifesteal/sustain hero...he has the highest single target damage...but he is frigging SQUISHY...a Taka in ANY part of the game (after level 1) will be able to kill a Ringo NO MATTER WHAT...you CANNOT kite a taka with 5 ki stacks...you know what ki stacks are and what they do I hope...Taka has mortal wounds on his basic attack...you can easily out damage a taka but he has heal mechanism which doesn't rely on damaging (lifesteal)...Life steal Ringo is not viable in higher tiers...in my tiers Ringos are glass cannons and they prefer to kill before getting killed...if you think you can 1v1 my taka...add one of my Smurfs...Crimsoncitadel, Necrofire or Itsansa....I think you are SEA too :)
