First thing: it's taka, not taco XD You say getting blazing salvo first is bad, so what will you get first? aftershock? If you want to get aftershock, you have to get chronograph or eclipse prism. But, chronograph isn't useful when you already said your stacks are only for Cooldown acceleration. And eclipse prism, you want to get kills early with just kaku and kaiten? It might boost kaiten's damage, but you won't have stacks. Whereas blazing salvo makes jungle clearing fast, but not only...
