A good build, but the threat meter is Abit wrong. Your underestimating some of the heroes. Taka can hide and ambush you anytime, which means you need scout traps or flare guns. While in team fights, he can target you first, dashing to you immediately. You can counter with the slow but it won't be enough unless you get FrostBurn. Which then you might be able to kill him before he gets you. Koskha is the same, so many gap closing skills, the passive especially deadly. If she locks you with her...

I would replace the 2nd SorrowBlade for a serpent mask to have at least some lifesteal. And also, don't heavy steel cost 1350?

You accidentally replaced joule in the threat levels with another Catherine ( 2 catherine threat lvls ) and none of the threats are filled too. Please fix that :) But, ANY hero can carry. Name one that can't. I personally think catherine sucks when I first started, because it deals quite little damage compared to other champions. But after awhile when I found a good build for her, I began to survive 1vs3s and turn the table with her, though of course with teammates. Which hero are talking...
