It's a great build that I've had success with. However, I've been really frustrated with games where my teammates select 2 laners and the opposing team has 2 junglers. I've won one of those matches by not engaging until mid-game when I was strong enough, but in other games I was rushed by opposing junglers and forced out of the jungle, getting no backup from the laners.
