I do know that i have dont have much cooldown reduction thats bec i intend to stay alive and most of the time i survive a 3 v 1 fight and make a comeback. But yes I agree with you that i should have gone with the crucible intead of the metal jacket but it just doesnt allow you to continue a fight of attrition and in most of the time i prevail due to my metal jacket taking anything that enemy is giving me cause they basically cant just do anything to you .
