Neither go for skaarf, he is very good as long as you can hit his skill shots, if built correctly he can basically three shot almost any other laner.

Petal, when played correctly, can absolutely dominate, I've had multiple games where I've gone more then 10,2,5 (kda) and the round is over within 15 mins, I don't regret buying her at all, she can be so dominate because people don't see her basically at all in the current meta so they have no idea how to counter act her, her jump can be a little useless at times but it is pretty useful once you play around with it for a while, it can jump over some walls like glaive's afterburn is great for...

Honestly I would go for koshaka or glaive. Koshaka has hpgreat burst and is fairly easy to learn, while glaive is much harder to play correctly but when played well has high health and high damage. They are both (probably) not going to receive a nerd or buff within the next patches so you don't have to worry about completely having to change your play style. One jungler that is actually surprisingly good against uncoordinated teams is Petal, when built crystal, her ult can literally one shot...

Don't buy the cheap characters just because they are cheap, play till you have 8,000 glory (think that's the biggest price for characters) by then you should have found a character or two that you really like, the you have enough to be able to buy them and you'll also know the basics with almost all of the characters

The abilities seem really confusing just by the amount of stuff in them, if you try to shorten them that would really help

Ok, I would like to tell everyone... JUST MAKING A GUIDE WITH ITEMS AND WHAT ABILITIES TO GET AT WHAT LEVEL ISNT A GOOD GUIDE. If you notice all of the highly votes ones go into excruciating detail over almost every part of the build, just having the level abilities and the items doesn't help the average person, and is really just a waste of time.
