Well sometimes it's vital you rush something, like I get what your saying but if there is a nasty Krul my team needs a atlas asap or where fucked in most cases. It depends on your team comp, if I had a full melee comp against a krul, I would go atlas but if I had a really good team for kiting I might decide to go for fountain first or build all types of stuff at the same time. Most of the time I usually build boots, flares and scouts along with my prioritised item.

No, the title is enough to tell me your opinion is wrong because any dependant experienced player would know how to get around or fix these problems in solo queue, and even if they couldn't they wouldn't rant on about it. Yeah I do support having them as seperate modes of choice. Draft Casual Draft Ranked Blind Casual Blind Ranked Draft shouldn't be restricted to parties though, it's a better experience playing party draft but that doesn't mean solo queue draft has to be off the table all together.
