You don't even need a tornado trigger but if you insist on getting a second attack speed item, get a Bonesaw because breaking points damage is quite dampened by armour.

Adagio falls off late game, his ult gets useless due to reflex block, (gets useless because it had such a long channeling time to reflex block) even with the damage.
