I reckon Krul will need a Bonesaw even for the natural armour heroes have, it will prevent him from gaining stacks without it plus the attack speed will be nice and if they do build armour you shall shred it. so I would get Shiversteel first as usual with some small attack speed then upgrade to double blazing and defence evantually upgrading to breaking point and then Bonesaw with defence. Although I don't know whether Krul will be the best choice after this upgrade but I surely know that...
