All explained: There was a exploit in the game which allowed people to get 60 taka legendary cards in one day. So the devs fixed it and removed all the cards, essence and skins earns by this exploit. Any people who didn't use the exploit got around 200 ice and 2 taka legendary cards, those who bought the taka skin with ice and didn't use the exploit got a free 1000 ice.

Well it might be the fact that you do get demoralised but you get determined from your salt to rank back up so you keep matching up and it gets worse and worse as it goes on.

I actually find its good when the minions go towards you. It lets you make the laner overextend to get their farm making more oppurtinties for near 100% chance success ganks if the laner follows the minions in. Personally when I lane I get pissed when Skaarf draws all the minions towards him. Because if the your minions Agro the enemy hero the enemy minions follow, that goes both ways around. My advice is, learn how to use the poke for Agro to your advantage in the lane.

Yep. I know a lot of people around 14 - 16 who play Vg and are decently good at it. None of those people use VGF whether there serious players or they play for fun.
