i like the build but i made a little change which was substituting the aegis with an alternating current and i would not use the boots because you have roadie run and you have the eye of harvest and saw has horrible mobility even with boots because it does mot reset your stacks like roadie run, but what i would substitute it with was a sorrow blade,the alternating current gives you a lot of wp because of all the crystal and he already has the attack speed, so i made him an over powered...
