Metal jacket is great! Just not on cath, only because as I've explained above, it's a selfish item ^^ cutting enemy attack speed in half is great, especially if they are heavy weapon power, and most enemies don't focus cath. Atlas to save your team, metal jacket may not even save you :) hope this helped.

One of my worst nightmares as a Catherine player is when my carry is doing badly in the lane, but as Catherine you can help them out by: dropping a scout trap on both sides of the bushes in the lane, on your side and the enemy side, but in a position that won't be stepped on. This will let your laner see them coming for a gank, and take precaution to avoid it. Another thing you can do is counter-gank. Wait for a good opportunity, let their laner come over the halfway mark in the lane, and...
