DMR is just but one weapon in his toolkit. Krul really does work better if you can game more than DMR. But if you want a burst build, my advice is to adopt AS, SG, CW and if you have the gold, another CW or at the very least, Chrono. He's not trolling, he's right. Tension Bow has no synergy with Krul's burst capabilities. You're better off building SG or FB to not only increase the damage from his DMR and Spectral Smite, but to also increase the barrier he receives. Both go a long way to maximizing his overall burst damage and survivability. TB drops off late game as it doesn't scale and I haven't crunched the numbers, but I'm fairly certain that SG and AS will hit harder than TB and AS late game (aside from the other...

If you think Krul is extremely dangerous, you're playing Ringo wrong. Krul is probably the least of your worries in the game. Kite and shoot all day long. Also, working up to Tension Bow and then selling it makes little sense. And why only two items? The only thing you have to learn about Ringo is distance and range and how to work them to your benefit, especially in the lane.

The build is weak. It doesn't stack at all with his hero perk. Tyrants Monocle and Serpent Mask are better items to acompany Sorrow Blade and Tornado Trigger. Hardly an unbeatable build. More like a pussy cat.
