Yeah, but it's more flawed now than before imo

Ever since the update that makes it to where you face people of same elo instead of same rank, it's hurt ranked play. I was gold 5 last season, but then got back up to tier 4 and can't get past it, and have been slowly going down hill since then. I only get a decent/good game once every 5 or so games now. After the match, people would add me, and to no surprise, they're 1-2 silver, not 4+. Playing by elo and not visual rank is a great idea, don't get me wrong, but if you go by elo, then...

Would you be interested in joining my Guild? I"m trying to make it become competitive (with a few teams branched from it) It will become a guild with members active at all times, so there's always someone to group up with in casual and ranked. I just recently started it, so it will be small for a couple days, but I should have about 20 decent players in it by this weekend. I'm floating between T3&T4 because of players I get matched with in ranked that just sit at base and ping...

I'm assuming you were previously in a Guild, or just made the page for fun and in hopes of using it in the future? I am starting to build up a 24/7 US Competitive guild, will be putting more time into finding players that are skillful enough (decent players are fine for now) to join and help it grow. I'd be having my own site ran for the Guild, but not for another month.

You don't get out by yourself unless you're a carry-capable char like Celeste :) I've been around Gold T3 for past 4 weeks now, reaching one away from T4, then get set back by guys that sit at spawn and ping ?'s all over the place and laughing emote alot and people that don't know how to play and just go to turret solo or Kraken solo. I recently started to form a guild, and when I go to create the guild, it gives me an error. I spent $5 on ICE just so I can create it. And I can't because of the f***ing error!

They start to question mark everything, like even if I solo 2 guys then die on the third, they spam the Question on that hero and my body the whole time I'm waiting to spawn again, and they just sit at spawn and do that, then use the laugh face whenever I and my teammate that's actually playing die. I was in a match and had around 3k to spend late game, playing as Krul. Already had Tornado, Bonesaw, Boots, BP, Salvo. My question is, does Bonesaw stack with itself? As in, If I had two Bonesaw, would I get the benefits of BOTH, or would the stacking for itself only apply once for the shredding? I've been going up against ALOT of armored heroes in the Tier 3 Silver/Gold rank, and I keep getting close to Tier 4, but then get set back to Silver because of a stubborn player that sits...
