For Tension Bow I feel that it is replaceable, but I like choosing it over attack speed since your damage output is very high early game into mid game yet Tension Bow like Idris both fall off late game. What I usually do is that I build Tension Bow in the beginning for the extra damage and synergy on Idris's A, then IF late game rolls around and our team is tied or falling behind a bit, I sell Tension Bow for a Tornado Trigger maybe Breaking...

Echo is completely situational(I know I put it as semi-core, I was considering moving it). You're completely right about tension bow being an early game item, the reason I chose it was for the great initiation it gave. What I found out about Idris is that(this is over the course of multiple games where I played him and spectated a group of volunteers) you have to be able to "dance" around the battlefield, engaging in a 1v3 or 1v2 usually results in a loss. I know right!? It took me a while to test them all out on my friend. He had to go FULL tank just to stay alive with the last two combos consecutively. Glad to hear the feedback man!

I myself prefer jungle since I am going a weapon powered build and I prefer not to be poked to a point where I am just sitting under turret or backing all the time because jungle shop doesn't carry Halcyon Potions no more, but due to his Chakram, his wave clear is insane and his poke is extremely well traded since it has a low cooldown and he doesn't use mana, so I can see either working.

I chose poisoned shiv because of the large amount of people who are just readily building fountain and it has a nice little life steal for sustain, but if it helps you can swap out shiv for a bonesaw or tornado trigger, don't worry for now since I am still changing things up. Tension bow on the other hand syncs extremely well with Idris' Shroudstep because of the empowered basic attack after you Shroudstep, in other words you can blow the enemy up real quick if you land your first basic attack.
