Just wanted to say thank you for this build. It's a big improvement from the CP saw I was running in 1.8. This SAW plus 1.9 dominated, I will say I did die a lot often in rounds where I didn't have a true tank. However I was able to build as listed Atleast a minute or two early from each listed time even with deaths. It's amazing how important it is to let your lane minions farm be alive for as long as possible to keep your 12 stacks. Just last hitting them and letting your team minions do...
