The abilities are different, wp Celeste isn't even a thing and Celeste is a mage not a sniper. Have you even seen celestes ult??? How does that compare to petal?

no once you buy tier 1-2 upgrade it combines and gives the total in the shop description they do not stack unless they are separate items.
