Late game, SB is far more helpful. TB in Early and Mid game allows you to dominate, however, if you have a full build (late game) sell the Tension Bow and get SB for sure. I redid some parts of the guide also, they cover more topics. But if enemies don't buy armor, just take a different WP item, like a Tyrant's Monocle, or a Sorrowblade.
