Hi, looking to either start or join a clan. I play 1-2 matches daily and am Decent-ish rating currently. I'm getting tired of AFKs and people who don't play as a team and cost us the match. It's based on what is called your ELO rating. It's my understanding that only the Dev's know exactly what makes up an ELO. However, I think that mostly it's your win/loss count and maybe tiny bit your kill/death ratio. AFKing from a game and surrendering counts as a loss. I think if you get a "Hard Won" bonus at the end of a game, you get a little bump-up in ELO rating. So the best way to move up in rankings is to win more games. It's pretty simple.
