Well obviously due to the recent patches frostburn is really weak early game - though I do reccomend it to you late game as that is were its strongest potential lays, so you probaly dont want that before AC or you after your first finished item. Eve is not substanial enough on its own to gain enough life or worth sacrificing the effects of alternating current - but its worth it getting it straight after AC though :) Just wanted to give my opnion on that, thanks for the feedback though...

When he gets stacks is it 30% of his basic attack speed or is it 30% added on?
