Hello @IAmGrooty! Very happy someone changes his view on Skaarf! Here's your answer: Shield: When enemy build fountain of renewal and/or aegis; which both makes your skill do less damage. Ultimate: heroes third skill, i.e. Skaarf's dragon breath; Adagio's verse of judgment; Petal's spontaneous combustion. Hope that helps!
