Skaarf is very weak in the meta as of now. Skaarf has no Crowd Control, a very situational and easily dodgable slow, difficult lane farm, slow Jungle Clear, and very weak scaling of defensive Items. The difference between Adagio and Lyra is their playstyle. Lyra excels at giving Speed to heroes that do not have many gap closers with her Imperial Sigil.
