Damage is even more important after the nerf, which is why shatterglass is more important than ever. Shaving a few seconds off your abilities isn't worth it if you're damage output suffers. If you're going the glass canon route you can maybe take a Clockwork as a third or fourth crystal item, but it's definitely not core. And why are you asking about my rank?

The reason that's included in the description is because you can be damaging nearby allies due to the reflect, pre-nerf this was very dangerous and can still be an issue if you're not careful.

This doesn't quantify him as more of a "threat". It's not about how hard he is to drop, it's about the degree that he's able counter you. Passive health regen isn't a counter, the only real dangerous thing is his Ultimate but that can be blocked or dodged. Out of all the support classes he's among the least problematic in my experience.

Still playing Skye to get a feel for her post-update performance...the damage reduction is really noticeable. Needs more testing

I know what you mean. Every player does play an important role in any victory (or loss), but in the end the roamer (at least in my perspective) seems to be more of a facilitator. Junglers/carries might be the workhorses damage wise, but a good roamer is still key. If the roamer falls apart the team will follow suit, and quickly.
