Better build a dragonheart (+500 hp) than armor against Tension Bow because it has armor piercing of 15% with 45 wp, plus the 180 wp every 6 sec. I disagree with your threat meter concerning KRUL which is so easy to counter with Ringo by kiting. Probably the better counter hero. And petal can outrange you, higher threat than that to my humble opinion :) I will try your build, evne if I prefer building DAMAGE as the carry laner than CLOCKWORK as first item. Chronograph is kind useless...

I have chosen to show all item in the order, to allow beginner to know what to buy in what order. For example to get Frostburn : you don't buy it directly, you need an Heavy Prism and an Eclipse Prism. A tier 3 item is often made of two tier 2 items. I don't think Aftershock is a good item to start with :s It's much better at mid-late game when enemies got HEALTH for the slice part ! plus I would rather get a SG or BM instead of Clockwork on Ringo. (cf my Ringo Guide) something is funny : PETAL and ADAGIO is low threats for you :o whereas they are bigger threat for my CP ringo
