TT with only 45wp doesn't make any sense to me. Surely you need more weapon power before completeing TT? TT is only a slight upgrade to your crit on TB proc over t1/t2 crit items, and you'll take advantage of that proc 1 or 2 times when you engage. Attack speed doesn't do much for you when your hitting for so little damage / lifesteal. I make no claims to be an above average taka, but again I don't really see this being viable. If I'm mistaken I welcome and appreciate enlightenment....
