I suggest playing with parties and vc(voice chats) often, or, if you can't, helping you allies and rotating often(don't keep on farming if your allies need you!!!) and playing it safe. I guess it's sort of a skill thing to buy the build, although it would be more convenient to be able to customize builds unless you have to change it up due to counter building/enemy hero comp

Maybe you're just playing him bad or the enemy is too good. One match doesn't mean anything, I would suggest playing heroes you've played a lot at/are good consistently with and not base your skill of a hero on one match.

I'm pretty sure(90%) that isn't a quest. You get a bonus for 3 wins a day and a different one for one win a day for 7 days. :/
