Great guide overall though, but I feel like you need contraption by around mid game for the dominance over the enemy team, if you get it too late, you won't have the mid game vision advantage and it becomes riskier to lay scout traps and whatnot. I've only seen this bought once or twice in the few months this item has been released. Roamers/captains would rather buy Ironguard Contract or Protector Contract since they were more useful early to mid game and since they fall off at around mid to late game. Early game has no use anymore since it's so hard to snowball now so it's pretty much pointless. I don't think it would be a really good item even if it was buffed since there are many other better items you could buy.

Bots are super easy to fight against since they can't improvise and can only choose from a predetermined set of algorithms and aren't as good as fighting against a real person. It really depends on the person playing it really, but either one can win a 1v1 as long as they're good with the hero and know how to use them effectively.

"Long awaited" might be a bit of an understatement.. Anyway, I'm still glad that he finally has a skin but I'm still waiting for a T3 Petal skin.

Netherknight Lance T3 is probably going to better than Gladiator Lance but only time will tell. Buy the one that you think looks cooler or will be better but I think that Gladiator is better than Netherknight for now.
