Does this build still work with the changes to frostburn?

The problem is that a good krul wil always focus the squishiest target. And he can kill squishy characters just as fast as an assassin. I think that dmr soulld be nerfed. It deals immense damage and Krul doesn't care about turrets at all because of the health barrier. He can kill most laners very easily, even when those laners ar next to their turrets. Krul's burst damage should be increased. I think with a little nerf he will be balanced again.

Thank you. I never touch the screen with my fingernails, so that is not what causes the problem for me. But my screen is indeed a bit dirty or sweaty sometimes. So I guess cleaning my screen will help solve the problem.

sometimes I have a perfect opportunity to get a kill with my ultimate, so I tap that beautiful ultimate button to unleash my wrath, but it just doesn't work and I end up getting killed. When you tap the ultimate button, your character just stands still and does nothing, like if you are afk. As far as I know, this happens with big red button, x-retsu and rune of judgement. It's extremely annoying when you want to kill a stunned enemy with big red button, but Joule just stops and does nothing...

This is pure death to your enemies, but you're vulnerable when being focused on and you're virtually dead when you get stunned. It complements Vox's role as a hit-and-run sniper/assassin. Upvoted (:

Thanks! After I get some kills, my enemies usually respond by building armor. So I often replace Tyrant's Monocle with a Bonesaw, which also gives more attack speed. I guess I could replace Tension Bow with a Tornado Trigger in the late because Tension Bow gets quiet weak then. I will think about it, thanks for the suggestion.
