I would argue to not waste your time with Taka and try to get better with someone else instead.

that's crazy at your tier she's arguably the best support char maybe it's just bad luck? I have the same problem teaming with Taka... perhaps has to do with the way he needs to be played in order to be effective. We always win if enemy team has him, and lose if he's on my team. So perhaps your play style does not mend well with Cathrine... but then again she's so versatile it's difficult to imagine :S

A very polite & well-written thread regarding players rant. However, all I see is just another thread with another player ranting about other players ranting. That said, I think it's quite alright for players to do so on a forum because it gives everyone a place to express themselves and be heard. As a moderate forum visitor, I have absolutely no qualms whatsoever with seeing other players complain about noobs, matchmaking, quitting and all that. Why take such an effort to nudge...

I joined this match just now. Teammate A picked Celeste, then B picks Taka. Nightmare of a team just waiting to unravel. How the hell do you pick Taka when Celeste is already picked? As if one squishy is not enough... No thanks, I'll wait for the next queue.

So after starting a new account and playing all the way up to Hotness, heres my impression regarding the 3-latter matchmaking in NA: Vainglorious - POA - Simply Amazing - once a player gets to Simply Amazing, they get top competition. have not heard complaints from folks up here. Hotness - Pretty Good - Decent-ish - Everyone here is bundled into one from all the complaints. Seems like if you're Hotness, you will still be matched at times with players at Decent-ish. I run into plenty...

Yea... I don't really use her all that much, she's so damn crunchy squishy calamari. Taka just flicks a pinky and her health is down by half. She is way too weak to be effective in situations. If you're good with her, do friend me, I'd love to play a game with you. @LongDongKim
